That based on the above, the Plaintiff requests the Panel of Judges of the Religious Court of Tangerang and adjudicates the case is so pleasing to decide:
1. To accept and grant the Plaintiff's claim in its entirety;
2. To declare that the Plaintiff by Defendant marriage broke up because of divorce;
3. Declare the children born of the marriage the Plaintiff by the Defendant was placed in the care of the Plaintiff;
4. Determine the amount of subsistence and education expenses for children of the above and to the Plaintiffs each month according to the Defendant's ability or discretion of the Court;
5. To instruct the Surabaya District Court Clerk to send a copy of this decision to the Civil Registry of Surabaya;
6. To impose court fees in accordance with prevailing regulations.
